To ensure that your BMC is perfectly suited to you, we offer different frame geometries and various top level components options.

 

Our frames go through a tourturous trial in the Big Quakeour-house frame testing device. Each frame goes through a lifetime's worth of hard riding in a few days of rigorous testing.

 

 

Carbon is the material of the future. We are going a step further and are redefining the carbon classes, with our Pro Machine and the Fourstroke 01 worldwide innovation.

 

As the first and only frame builder wordwide, we are plcing Easton CNT nano technology into a completely new contex. 

 

 

CNT carbon nano tubes (picture), since carbon fibres have many times higher relative strengh, because of their perfect shape. This leads to higher rigidity at lower frame weight.

 

Nevertheless, frame construction cannot be conceived without aluminium. The best alloys are only good enough for us in this area ,too.

 

 

We are working at the limit of what is technically possible with our high-tech frames. Merciless testing methods are necessary here , before the frames go into

production.

 

No such sophisticated simulation is able to replace a test on the Big Quake.

 

Stress and strain programs refined again in joint collaboration with our team of scientists help us to compare our developments with the hard facts of reality.

 

Every BMC frame goes through a complete, hard bicycle life on the Big Quake in a few days.
