I whole heartily recommend anyone who is looking to buy a bike to pay a visit to Peter Hansford Cycles. The staff are helpful and make sure that the sizing is correct in every way and you end up with the most suitable and best bike for your money. They also stock a good range of clothing and parts.

Adam Jewell in particular always puts himself out to help. Because of his friendly help and advice I have been encouraged to improve my cycling abilities and level of fitness, which in turn has lead to a greater enjoyment of cycling.

It is not often enough that I write to an employer to congratulate him on the service his company provides but you have an exceptional member of your team, at Hursley Road, a young man named Adam.

My husband purchased a bike last year to train for the charity ride in the USA, fuelled by this experience we are going to take part in a ride in India next year with another friend of mine. So in March I went along to buy a bike from your store and subsquently my friend bought her bike from you last week.

We have all been lucky enough to be looked after by Adam who was so helpful, gave advice, spent time discussing our needs, eg Camelbacks, helmets, pumps, gloves etc. I have not enjoyed a buying experience such as this in a very long time.

Please pass on our thanks to Adam as he is a really lovely young man whom you should be proud of.
